1. Rentals Deposits:
All rented items require a deposit to secure your items for your events.
Any order over $ 200 dollars require 50% deposit. Any order between $ 101 and $ 199.00 Dollars require any $ 45.00 Dollar Deposit. All orders under $ 100 need to be paid in full.
2. Cancellations and policy:
All cancellation will be charge a 50% percent fee. If you cancel Seven (7) days prior to your schedule delivery or pick up there is a additional 35 percent fee. All Cancellations must be submitted via email to: royalpartysupplies2021@gmail.com
3. Refund Policy:
There is no refund if you cancels 48 hours priors to schedules delivery or pick-up.
4. Any damage or theft that may occur in your possession the renter will be responsible for.
5. All estimates and invoices that are not view within 48 hours will be deleted.
